Well, I am going back to work tomorrow.  Chris is doing very well in his recovery.  I asked him yesterday if he wanted me to stay home with him or go to work.  He said that he wanted me at home, so that's what I did.  He was doing much better today...... on the couch all day instead of in bed.  I do need to refill his pain meds in the morning, but I can play that  by ear.  I'm afraid insurance won't fill it, and then we will have to pay for the whole amount.   But after major throat surgery, I will find money in the budget for that.  Cross your fingers that insurance will kick in.  Last time I went to get a refill, they said that insurance wouldn't approve more until Jan 3rd, and that was on Dec. 31st.  They did a partial refill so that he would get through the holiday weekend.  It has been great to have so much time with Chris.  It always seems like our holidays and weekends are jam-packed with no down time.  Well, we had a lot of time together and I have my household totally caught up.... Finally.  Things were getting pretty crazy b/c work has been so demanding.  I don't feel crazy anymore.  This break has been so good for me for so many reasons. 

However, I am actually really excited to get back to work.  I really missed Drew- bop.  I haven't been away from him for six days since my honeymoon two years ago.  He's such a nut ball.... I totally love this kid.
