So contract negotiations are on Thursday.  I'm going out to dinner with my boss for a review and negotiations.  I'm so pumped.  They never low-ball me on overtime pay or anything else really, but I'm still nervous about my raise.  I'm cutting back my hours from 51 hours to 47-48ish.  Not a dramatic cut, but it's all evening hours, so I will actually SEE my husband.  I've heard that this is a good thing.
